I designed and built a centralized SharePoint site to streamline the SET Multimedia team’s request and asset‑management process. The site features organized libraries, intuitive navigation, and a guided intake experience supported by custom Power Automate flows. These automations route new requests, standardize information, and ensure the right team members receive timely notifications.

To complement the system, I also developed a Power BI report that visualizes request trends and workflow analytics, helping leadership track volume, turnaround times, and operational efficiency.
